With several entrepreneurial ventures to his credit, CGS is his flagship venture which he cherishes the most. Al has catapulted CGS to an enviable position both in terms of customer base and revenues – a remarkable feat admired by his peers and competitors alike. Al has ingrained expertise in transforming enterprise processes through effective alignment of business strategies with apt technology assets for maximum impact and agility. He has vast experience in e-commerce, e-learning, e-governance, ERP solutions and well versed with cross platform mobility solutions and game development. With an M-TECH and MBA(IIM) under his belt, Al is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a qualified ISO Lead Auditor.

Nazar has vast experience working in India, US and Australia for top MNCs such as TCS, EDS, Wipro, Farmers Insurance, GMAC Insurance and Common Wealth Bank of Australia. Nazar possess an uncanny ability to sift through business challenges and to propose innovative solutions. He drives each project phase, right from inception to handover, with a sense of positive earnestness and is remarkably adept at juggling timelines and priorities. His enthusiastic and team-oriented nature makes him a Go-To person within CGS. Nazar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, India.
